Built by someone who lived it.
I grew up in the USSR and migrated to Australia. I faced every barrier — accent, name bias, no local experience — and made it anyway. Over 26 years I've helped more than 20 people into IT careers, often before I had a program to point them to. I built GAP2IT so the next person doesn't have to figure it out alone.
